Booking Policies Thank you for choosing Just Rosethetics! To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Korean Facials: $50 deposit * Lash Extension Services: $20 deposit * Other services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time when sufficient notice is provided. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 MINUTES late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount. Guests To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, please do not bring additional guests unless previously approved. Health & Safety Please notify your esthetician before your appointment if you are pregnant, using prescription skincare products (such as Accutane or Retin-A), have recent cosmetic procedures, or have any medical conditions that may affect your service. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty and skincare services, all services rendered are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact within 48 hours so we can address them.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Just Rosethetics has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Just Rosethetics at (210) 629-5928 or justrosethetics@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
